Base Program - Contains over 565 exercises consisting of free weight and fitness center exercise machines. Also includes exercises for abdominal training and cardiovascular workouts.

Stretch Module - Contains 166 stretches for the entire body. This library contains various body positions and often many different variations and options for stretching various muscles and muscle groups.

Stabilization Module - Over 150 exercises to help teach and promote stabilization. This section also covers ankle and shoulder stabilization exercises as well as the lumbar/back area.

 


Exercise Ball Module
- Contains 113 various exercises using the "Swiss" ball. An excellent addition if you exercise your clients with this apparatus.

Upper Body Elastic - This module has 100 exercises using elastic as the resistance. It can apply to elastic bands, tubing, or any other variation of stretch cords. This library applies to the neck, thoracic, shoulder, elbow, and wrist.
Lower Body Elastic - This module has 101 exercises using elastic as the resistance. It can apply to elastic bands, tubing, or any other variation of stretch cords. This library applies to the low back, hip, knee, and ankle.
Upper Body Active - Contains 160 general mobility exercises for the neck, thoracic, shoulder, elbow, and wrist. These non-resistive exercises are great for an elderly population when your efforts are geared toward promoting and maintaining general movement.
Lower Body Active - Contains 178 general mobility exercises for the back, hip, knee, and ankle. These non-resistive exercises are great for an elderly population when your efforts are geared toward promoting and maintaining general movement.
Aquatics - Contains 120 shallow water pool exercises for the entire body. This is a great resource for those with elderly clients or clients with conditions where full weight bearing can be painful or difficult such as arthritis, osteoporosis, or obesity.
Yoga - Over 120 different Hatha Yoga poses, stretches and movements. Yoga is a great training method for conditioning, flexibility, balance, breathing control and general wellness. The library contains exercises for beginner to advance.
Pilates - Over 125 Pilates mat exercises. This is a great addition for any trainer package. Pilates is well known for its success in core stability training, posture control and toning. Library contains exercises for beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
Power/Agility - Over 175 various exercises to help train the higher-level client. Contains medicine ball (both single and partner), BOSU exercises, Bodyblade exercises, agility exercises, and other high-level barbell lifts.

Advanced Features Module - This add-on enables the user to add exercises, edit illustrations, make copies and variations of exercises, change the names of exercises, change the search criteria of exercises, and edit text permanently. This add-on makes Exercise Expert a powerful and practically unlimited system in terms of expansion and customizing.

 

Spanish/French Language Module - This module will provide Spanish and French translations for any or all of the above libraries as you add them to your collection.
