Lean and Fit 7 Day Meal Plan:
This package contains a variety of 7 day lean and fit meal plans at 10 different calorie levels. These plans provide meals and snacks high in protein, moderate in fat and lower in carbohydrates. These meal plans are ideal for athletes and fitness enthusiasts wanting to maintain a lean and fit body. These meal plans may also be used for weight loss. These plans will help with maintaining and/or increasing lean muscle mass when combined with regular exercise. The meals and snacks are divided to ensure protein is spread throughout the day while providing enough carbohydrates to fuel workouts. Unprocessed food provides the majority of each meal plan in simple to prepare meals with protein shakes and bars added for maximum protein. The carbohydrate sources are whole grain and fiber rich. Overall the plans are balanced with 30-35% of the calories from protein, 30% from fat and 35-40% from carbohydrates.
