Email support is free with all our products. Phone support is included with Exercise Pro and Nutrition Maker Plus. For all other products we do offer a phone support option for $35/year.
Support is available M-F from 9-5 central time on all normal business days. Our phone support answers directly unless currently occupied with a customer. If this happens, you will be directed to leave a message and support will return your call. Most call returns happen within an hour or sooner but may take 12-24 business hours.
We have listed some common issues in the FAQ's which you should read first to see if you can solve the problem without our intervention. There are upgrade patches that can be downloaded which may resolve some problems.
Before contacting support make sure you have installed the latest version. Click here to get the latest patches. Make sure that all of the windows updates have been applied. The updates often will fix many of the most common problems.

Please be as specific as possible in describing the nature of your difficulty and the computer operating system. Also include your name, your facility name and location, and the software serial number if possible.
