License Packs:
When Management Maker is purchased one user is licensed to use the product on one machine. A user may have unlimited clients.
License packs may be purchased to allow more users. You must buy Management Maker before you by a license pack.
To use the product in a Network envrionment a Network License may be purchased. The number of users licensed can then use the product on the network, sharing data.
Purchasing multiple licenses and a network license can make your product even more valuable by allowing everyone in your facility to use the product.
Support Plan:
In addition to the free email support and website support you will receive:
- Free Telephone Support
- Discounts on future upgrades
- Discounts on future purchases of BioEx Products
- Free notification of new products from BioEx
The Support Plan costs $35. The support plan is valid for one year and may be purchased annually. You are under no obligation to renew your support plan. You will receive notification from BioEx 30 days before your plan expires.
The yearly telephone support plan is available if you have purchased one or more of our products
The Support Plan is only offered in the United States and Canada. If you live outside those areas please do not select this purchase option. BioEx will provide free email support.
Return Policy:
Due to the sensitive nature of software and the threat of computer piracy, we do not provide refunds or returns on software purchased. We do offer full working demonstration versions of all of our software.
